These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the voidly application ("voidly", "the app", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using voidly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
voidly is a free duplicate photo and video cleaner that runs entirely on your device. It helps you find and remove duplicate or similar media from your photo library. All processing happens locally — voidly does not upload, transmit, or store your photos or videos on any server.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use voidly for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you downloaded the app.
When using voidly, you agree that:
voidly is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that its duplicate detection will be perfectly accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, voidly and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, photos, or videos, arising out of or related to your use of the app. Because deletion acts on your device's photo library, you are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your media.
Your privacy matters to us. voidly processes all data locally on your device. For details on how we handle information, please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in features or applicable laws. The "Last updated" date above indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of voidly after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
You may stop using voidly at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate the license granted under these Terms if you violate them.
voidly — your photos, your device, always.
